A 12K carbon frame with a 45° rotated weave is engineered for greater responsiveness and stability. The angled carbon construction helps manage torsional forces through the frame, creating a more stable feel and consistent response through every shot.
Osaka Snap® is a lightweight EVA foam we developed with our supplier to enlarge the sweet spot and help players reach higher ball speeds with less effort. Its excellent recuperation rate creates a trampoline effect right in the sweet spot, sending the ball back across the net effortlessly — an ideal foam for a wide variety of players.
The hybrid frame construction combines traditional air-blown and foam-frame technologies. Higher internal pressure shapes the racket core and handle during curing, while heat-activated internal foam forms the frame surrounding the striking area alongside the EVA face foam.
A finishing process we've refined over a decade: resin-coated sand particles are sprayed onto the racket face. These particles create tiny holds that grip the felt fibers of the padel ball, increasing the spin applied with every contact — generating an extra 3–5% depending on playing conditions.
