  • Enjoys being around sports, tournaments, and live events
  • Organized and responsible with inventory

Location: Remote / United States (preferably near a major U.S. hub)
Department: E-commerce & Digital Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time

Osaka World brings premium sport lifestyle products to players across the world — fusing performance, design, and energy into every stick, racket, paddle, bag, and apparel piece. We’re expanding our U.S. online presence and need a proactive E-commerce Manager to elevate our digital storefronts, optimize customer experience, and grow our marketplace channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize the U.S. e-commerce experience on osakaworldusa.com — improving UX/UI, layouts, flows, and visual merchandising to increase conversion and retention.

  • Lead and maintain marketplace channels, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and others — manage listings, inventory sync, pricing integrity, and performance.

  • Monitor and partner with national retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation and accurate product data across channels.

  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, product, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment experiences.

  • Support digital marketing and paid acquisition efforts — including campaign setup, landing page optimization, performance tracking, and creative coordination.

  • Develop reporting and insights on e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, returns, and ad ROAS.

  • Experiment with marketing tactics (email, product bundles, A/B tests, content hooks) to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years experience in e-commerce operations, site optimization, or digital retail roles.

  • Experience managing marketplace platforms like Amazon Seller/Central, TikTok Shop, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles — able to strengthen site experience based on data and best practices.

  • Experience with digital marketing and paid advertising (search/social) is highly preferred.

  • Familiar with analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, marketplace dashboards).

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams with a results-driven mindset.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Hands-on experience with site editing platforms such as Shopify, CMS, or equivalent.

  • Graphic design experience and creative execution capability (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, etc.) is highly preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn & own projects from briefing to execution.

Additional Nice to Have

  • Sports retail background or passion for field hockey, padel, pickleball, tennis, or fitness.

  • Experience optimizing email, SMS, or CRM segment campaigns.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and on-site content strategy.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

  • Flexible work environment with remote collaboration and a dynamic U.S. team.

  • Opportunity to shape and grow the e-commerce footprint of a fast-expanding global sport brand.

  • Professional development support — tools, training, and industry exposure.

  • Chances to attend sport and industry events, and collaborate on cross-regional initiatives.

  • Access to Osaka World product, gear drops, and special promotions.
