Not the happiest

The first bag I received which I was super excited came with a printing error on the front of the bag that looked like a tipex/white paint. As the bag it’s quite expensive anyway I was expecting high quality but I was truly disappointed. I then requested another bag and it came with a dark stain on the front (another printing error)!
I usually love Osaka and their products have been so good until this bag! Such a shame :/
