The mantra behind the Ido has always been: “The Athlete comes first.” We wanted to fill the disconnect between what was perceived to be a performance shoe and what actually IS a performance shoe. Top minds from the athletic footwear industry have developed this shoe over the past 2 years to give you an edge over the competition and elevate your game to new heights.

STACK HEIGHT

Every millimeter of stack height between you and the surface carries a performance cost. Traditional shoes sit at a 10mm drop (30mm heel / 20mm forefoot). The IDO MK1 brings that down to an 8mm drop (26mm heel / 18mm forefoot), positioning you closer to the field for quicker, more responsive movement. Less distance. Less penalty.

The Origin Point

The Origin Point is a purpose-built flex zone engineered beneath the cuboid bone — isolated from the rest of the foot so it moves independently. Every acceleration, deceleration, and sharp directional change starts here. Precise. Responsive. Stable where it needs to be. You don't think about where movement starts. Now you don't have to.

Split Response

The Split Response midsole separates and adapts to the forces you apply — maximizing ground contact exactly where and when you need it. Built around the foot's 26 bones and 100+ ligaments, it works with your natural movement, not against it. The more pressure you apply, the more it responds. No customization required.

Sling System

The sling system wraps the foot to the midsole, minimizing lateral movement and eliminating unwanted slide. Positioned on both the medial and lateral sides of the shoe, the slings use Spenco Neoprene — a shock-attenuating material that cushions the most vulnerable areas of the foot during high-intensity movement. The result: a snug, secure fit that moves with you.
