Ordered this stick but it arrived with a chip on the head of the stick. Emailed their customer service because it's not acceptable that such an expensive product should turn up like that. After almost 2 weeks the only response I have had is from an automated AI agent and their is no resolution from Osaka in sight. Absolutely terrible customer service, it should never take this long to reply to an email.
