Three field hockey players wearing Osaka performance apparel and Osaka Kai field hockey shoes prepare on the sidelines of an outdoor hockey pitch, with Osaka hockey bags and sticks showcasing premium field hockey equipment and team gear.

The LVD stick was designed in collaboration with, and named after, Belgian Red Lion Loic Van Doren. Loic used a regular Osaka stick for the majority of his professional career — but after listening closely to his input on the needs of the modern keeper, Osaka developed the LVD.

The Guard Bow is a relatively straight stick with a slight curve that feels natural in the hands of goalkeepers. The special undergrip system is specifically designed to help keepers slide their hands from the front to the back of the grip and regrip at a moment's notice. The tactile feedback of different substructures helps build good habits on the goal line.

Another useful feature is the guideline running along the side of the stick, helping goalies keep track of their stick position in the corners of their vision. Every fraction of a second saved on the goal line can make all the difference.
