At 200 grams per square meter (200GSM), it delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio relative to the cost of the material, making it as smart as it is strong.

  • Osaka Snap® is a lightweight EVA foam we developed with our supplier to enlarge the sweet spot and help players reach higher ball speeds with less effort. Its excellent recuperation rate creates a trampoline effect right in the sweet spot, sending the ball back across the net effortlessly — an ideal foam for a wide variety of players.

  • Two parallel air-blown tubes are pressurized simultaneously during curing, forming the carbon layers evenly against the mould walls. This dual-chamber design distributes impact stress across two channels, improving torsional stability and resistance to deformation. What a gem!

I’ve been playing with Osaka rackets for years, but this racket has been significantly improved compared to the previous model. The foam feels much softer, allowing you to generate power much more easily without a noticeable loss of control. The maneuverability has also improved quite a bit, and the design of the racket looks great, as always with Osaka. Highly recommended!
