NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Osaka × Olivia “Win Gear for You & Your Teammate” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who meet TikTok’s applicable minimum-age requirements and have an eligible TikTok account.

Entrants who are under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. If an entrant under 18 is selected as a potential winner, written consent from the entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be required before the entrant may be confirmed as a winner or receive a prize.

The teammate identified by the selected entrant must also satisfy the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules. If the teammate is under 18, consent from the teammate’s parent or legal guardian will also be required before the teammate may receive a prize.

Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Osaka Hockey Americas and participating promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

4. Entrants Under 18

Entrants under 18 may enter using their own eligible TikTok account provided they have permission from their parent or legal guardian.

Parental or guardian consent does not need to be submitted at the time of entry.

If an entrant under 18 is randomly selected as a potential winner, Osaka will require the entrant’s parent or legal guardian to complete a consent and eligibility confirmation before the entrant can be declared an official winner.

If the required consent cannot be obtained within [3–5] business days after notification, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

The same requirement applies if the selected teammate is under 18.

5. Prize

One eligible entrant and the teammate identified in their entry will each receive an Osaka Field Hockey prize bundle consisting of:

  • One (1) Osaka Field Hockey stick

  • One (1) Osaka bag

  • One (1) Osaka accessory

Specific products, sizes, colors, models, and availability may vary.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each bundle: $[VALUE].

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $[TOTAL VALUE].

Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted except at Osaka’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

Following the close of the Giveaway Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted by Osaka through TikTok from Osaka’s official account.

The potential winner must respond within [3–5] business days and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

If the potential winner or their selected teammate is under 18, Osaka will require consent from their respective parent or legal guardian before awarding the prize.

A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility and any required parental or guardian consent have been verified.

If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, cannot establish eligibility, cannot obtain required parental or guardian consent, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected.
